Animaker is very easy to learn, and you don’t need any experience whatsoever, but if you’re confused, don’t worry! You can create your first video in less than 5 minutes with our step-by-step process.
When you first sign up for a free membership, it will ask you to choose your industry. Selecting a specific industry doesn’t affect the content you have access to besides pushing what it thinks are the most relevant templates towards the top of your dashboard.
I chose Personal Work and then fun videos. After this, you’ll immediately see a window like below,
In that choose as many as you like it. Then press the “Done” button. It will take you to the Animaker dashboard, where you can pick the range of templates to starts with.
You can also choose a blank template to start from if you aren’t interested in a template at first. Few templates are only available to paid users depending on the plan that you have signed up for. Paid users can access Premium templates, while free users can only use Free templates. These templates are grouped by type, and you can sort through them using labels in the left sidebar menu.

The content may change based on the template you choose. But they have a similar layout. Sidebar items on the left of your canvas represent different media and visual elements that you can add.
